At Goodlite, we want your home to shine in the best light possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Goodlite account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
